Account & Data Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your Kata account and associated personal data, you can submit a request using the email below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@getkata.app.
2. Use the subject line: Kata Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the account email and any details that help us identify your account (for example, parent/guardian name).

What Happens Next

• We will verify the request owner before deletion.
• We will process verified requests within 30 days.
• Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
